We began in 1995, with one of the very first Mortgage Brokerage offices in Canada. Through word of mouth (and excellent service standards) our original company Meridian Financial grew to 23 Franchises with just under 1 Billion in mortgage fundings per year. At that point we were the largest mortgage brokerage company in British Columbia. Growing rapidly, we felt it would serve our clients well to become National, and in 2008 we merged with a large National Franchise. We continue to operate our original Franchise as DLC Homeline - with 2 branches - one in the lower mainland and one in Kelowna (serving the Okanagan). As one of the top franchises in the country, our high volumes provide our clients with the best interest rates and products available anywhere in Canada.
